Many of these recipes were published before my #Eattobeatdiabetes low-carb recipe series. To adapt the obviously high carb ones you can make the cakes and desserts with Stevia sugar substitute, use Konjac rice or noodles to substitute the wheat-based ones or serve with shredded cabbage or courgetti noodles instead, substitute potato mash with cauliflower, celeriac or root veg mash.
