I’ve been a big fan of Indian food ever since my West Yorkshire student days. My battered old copy of Madhur Jaffrey’s Indian Cookery is one of my most treasured recipe books. I realised the other day that there is quite the collection of Indian and Sri-Lankan-inspired curries and side dishes on the Pigeon Cottage Kitchen website now. So, I thought it would be useful to create a one page directory for you to plan your perfect curry night. As I add new main courses and side dishes (I have so many still to share), I’ll update this index page to make it easier for you. Every one of these recipes is a delicious gem so have fun trying them. Enjoy!
