I was tickled pink to receive a call from BBC Radio Suffolk a couple of weeks ago to see if I’d like to be on Thordis Fridriksson’s weekly Sunday show at 10am in a feature called ‘Sunday Kitchen’. It was a lot of fun and I’ll definitely be a regular listener to her show from now on so I can hear the regular interviews she does with the great and the good of Suffolk’s foodie landscape. There might be more Pigeon Cottage Kitchen tips coming up so I’ll keep you posted.

I’m busy working on some new recipes for Christmas but don’t forget that there’s already so much in the archive Pigeon Cottage Xmas party cold table – all the recipes and Sweet and savoury party treats and canapes.
It’s not long to go now so…get your menus written, start adding store cupboard items to your weekly shop so it’s not so much aggravation at the last minute and get the freezer cleared so you can make some tasty treats ahead of time. That way, it’ll all be a breeze!
